John Pavlovitz is a pastor, writer, and activist from Wake Forest, North Carolina. A 20-year veteran of local church ministry, John is committed to equality, diversity, and justice—both inside and outside faith communities. He recently released his first book, A Bigger Table: Building Messy, Authentic, and Hopeful Spiritual Community. A new book, Hope and Other Superpowers, will be published in November 2018.
The lecture begins at 7 p.m. at the Quincy Senior and Family Resource Center, 639 York St. General admission tickets are $7 in advance and $10 at the door.
